There is no way to diagnose what exactly killed a dead OCd CPU, but LLC + overvoltage crashes mine, and many other systems in Load => Idle transition.
Yeah just like I have thought..
Now as for the crashes w/ LLC on I will give you a word of advice..
If your CPU is stable for example @ 3.2GHz with:
Vcore=1.30V LLC ON set in BIOS,
1.27V idle in OS
1.29V under LOAD in Prime95..
In some light applications LLC most likely would not kick in and your CPU would be running @ 1.27V (same as idle Vcore) and not at 1.29V (when LLC kicks in P95) so that Vcore difference would couse a crash in games/web or just in desktop (I had it happened myself)..
So what you should do:
After P95 testing (and passing it ofc) reboot to BIOS and upp Vcore for a couple of notches so that you have that LOAD Vcore of for example 1.29V (with which you're P95 stable) as your 24/7 IDLE Vcore..
By doing that you will have sufficient Vcore all the time,in the light and in heavy load apps and you will never have a BSOD again..
Since I have done it I have never had a BSOD again (for over a year now)..
