Your RAM is perfectly fine.

Your CPU is perfectly fine if you don't do any CPU-intensive tasks (video encoding, etc.).

...so I'd say go with an SSD.

Unless you run synthetic benchmarks daily and/or overclock high enough to require exotic cooling, the 2,000MHz RAM is a complete waste. You won't notice any perceivable difference in real world situations. In fact, if you're not doing the above, anything over 1,600MHz won't be noticeable. Upgrading to or upgrading your current SSD would result in a much more beneficial and noticeable speed bump.

Yup. SSD will give you a much more noticeable and worthwhile improvement. The differences between 1,600MHz and 2,000+MHz RAM in your scenario won't be measurable or noticeable.

A RAID 0 array with two faster HDDs will give you next to SATA II SSD performance (varies greatly depending on HD), although access times won't be nearly as good -- unless you short stroke.

Good SSDs include 64GB Crucial C300 (SATA III), Corsair Force Series F60, OCZ Vertex 2 (and several more)

c300 for ssd. DONT RAID ssd only if you got like a 500+raid card. All games load time slower in raid then a single drive. I had 3 vertex in raid pointless now 2 r dead.
