It'll have to be set at whatever your RAM is rated/capable of
Have a look at CPU-Z in the SPD tab

Lower RAM timings shouldn't help bus clock overclockability though... you might want to loosen them in fact, but I think you're already fairly loose enough. What exact speed are you running at (i.e. CPU clock * what memory multiplier)

Your memory is rated for DDR333, and you're running 4 sticks.

Put your memory to 100Mhz / DDR200 in BIOS (the lowest divider).
HT Link to 4x or 800MHz (can also be called LDT ratio)
250 reference clock

And go up from there.

Once you pass about 275 reference clock, back your HT Link down to 3x or 600MHz.

ok i did what you siad and the computer freezes now at the post.
new memory timings maybe?
Edit i needed to do a bios reset
edit: after i putted the ram at 133 the machine started mwhahahhaha

i cant see ram voltage i only have vcore voltage (1.52v)
