Would that matter if the game is not original? And what i mean by this , is that the game is "pirated".

Not at all. FRAPS is agnostic towards whatever OS or game you run it on.

Is it bug or something that like in dirt 2 i put Vsync ON the game doesnt have those "stutter spikes", but when i put it off then comes the horrible lagging :S You can play but there comes like every second those "stutter spikes"

I have had this same problem. Make a second Windows account and see if it still sturres.

About the "stutter spikes" it sounds like screen tearing to me. Correct me if I'm wrong but v-sync helps to rectify that. Enable it if you see tearing like that.

if i enable it it works but it still gives those same kind "stutter spikes" but not as bad if i put vsync off. If i max out dirt 2 it runs smooth, but gives those spikes. If i start playing dirt 2 it doesnt give those spikes immediately i have to play it like 2 minutes then it start give those spikes. This is really pissing me off. The card isnt even old... only 1 week and i dont think that the problem is in the card.

Hell Yeah!!! Got this baby work properly. Yes the problem was in the games i downloaded. Got original Dirt 2 game and yes! It works like a charm Big thanks anyway for trying to help

In your situation, I would recommend you to lower your computer resolution and lower down the in game video settings, it should work. I do face such situations and by lowering down the system settings, I am able to play games smoothly.
