Yes I said in my post I did try it and no difference was seen. This ram is stock 1600 7-7-7-24. I did comparisons between that setting, 1066 7-7-7-24, 1333 7-7-7-24 and 1668 6-6-6-27 and I saw nothing different. Load times were unchanged and my system was already 'snappy' so i saw no difference there. Overall any DDR3 ram overclocking I have deemed not to be needed unless you have a CPU that is clocked at or above 4.4GHz.

It seems like the 955/965 C3's that are now sold are good overclockers. More like C4's lol.

lol...i dont think so dude...even at 3.2ghz... faster rams should help out with encoding and some games. with a good cpu-nb overclock as well to. unless your rams and overclock is unstable
