Ok guys, through a fair bit of trouble, I have figured out how to get this bad boy up and OCing!

First things first:

Installing the operating system. I had the lovely idea of forgetting to get a DVD rom. So I loaded up my USB key with an extracted iso I made from my win7 Ultimate disk. Lots of ways to make a bootable USB, choose your poison.

Load it up! That's when you discover that no drivers are read. So rip an iso of the motherboard drivers, extract it onto your flash drive, and pop the flash drive back into the PC.

This then requires you to go to the all drivers folder. You need the sata6 drivers, to be specific. Pop that in, and you're good to install!

So, once you have the operating system installed, you know you want to OC. However, if you had the luck I did, you'll get a bios version taht doesnt let you OC at all (unless you count 100Mhz....).

So, pop your bios rom from the asus website (most recent, stable version) onto your trusty flash drive. DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR HDD. This will not work, as I experienced for about half an hour. Your rom is not corrupt, it just doesn't like reading it from HDD.

So, go to Tools --> EZ flash, and select the USB key and it's respective rom. It'll flash for you in a jiffy.

So, now you can start OCing! Make sure you enable PLL, and set PLL to slightly higher, otherwise you can't get past 45 multiplier.

I'll update more as I encounter it.
