Yeah, it will definitely fit the HD6990.

The 6990 measures about 12 inches in length. Clicky!

While the HAF 912 supports up to 15.4 inches. Clicky!

Thanks! The one cable that is in front of my GPUs isnt very long and that's the only way it will reach. The CPU cable isn't very hideable either. lol I can probably do a bit better on the DVD drives power cables though.

You can get an extension to allow you to run the 4+4 (or 8pin) to be routed behind the mobo tray. The 24pin can be routed behind the mobo tray and out just to the right of the 24 pin port on the mobo.
