Microsoft Messenger Mac

Thread Starter
I got office 2008 for Mac and i chose to install MSN on it and it wont let me sign in got a message saying "You have been signed out of Microsoft Messenger because you are signed in at another location" and i have never signed in on that account anywhere else before so there is no way that someone had a key logger installed, and i don't have any anti-virus installed so is there a chance that i got a virus (i know that they are rare for Mac but they do exist) or if its just Microsoft Messenger not working properly. I tried quitting it and then starting again and it still does the same thing.

BTW i got Mac OS X 10.4.11 Tiger, and i have used it before without problems and i have got the latest updates.

EDIT: i have tried signing into eBuddy and i got in fine so it must be Microsoft Messenger
