Trouble with Dyndns and RDP

I'm having trouble connecting to my remote computer via RDP on my MacBook Pro. It used to work fine, and then I reinstalled Windows, upgraded some hardware, etc. etc. The odd thing is I can connect via RDP on my iPhone or Android phone just fine (I use Wyse PocketCloud) meaning it's not an issue with remote access being blocked.

When I try to connect on my mac, it says my credentials aren't valid. But they're the same credentials i use to log in with my pocket cloud app on my iPhone. How I log in with RDP is the same as i did before it stopped working, so I'm not sure why it won't let me in.

For the record, I've tried on several different networks as well as cellular networks too. Anyone have any ideas?

Are you allowing connections from any version of remote desktop?
Have you disabled NLA?
Are you using a certificate?
Have you checked the terminal services GPO?
Have you checked the character set used by your MacOS RDP client?

Yes, all versions of RDP/clients are allowed. What is NLA? No certs. Checked terminal services and character set. No discrepancies or issues there.
