ok, i am ordering off newegg though as i trust them more to keep me happy, and i have a 10%off on my account for my next order, so that will make up for the price difference. i seen some bad posts about it, but a lot of realy good ones. and i like the thought of the sound card haveingits own biult in amp.. thats just awsome.. thank you for your help....

@zcypot,
I dont like wireless, i had a nice set and gave up on them and gave them to my dad. i play games/listen to music/ watch movies to much. most battery's will not last 5+hr when i get into my stuff.

getting the 700's and the xonar dg. should be hear by thursday. thanks for the help guys. i decided to mod my usb headset.. took them appart and wired them to a 3.5mm plug, man they are loud as hell now, but loss some bass, so that sucks a bit. but atleast they are loud enough till the new gear comes home.

If you're getting good headphones, which you would be with the JVC HA-RX700s. I strongly recommend that you pass on the DG. The HA-RX700 will make your onboard sound significantly better. But if you then pop in the DG, you won't hear a $30 difference.
