Cheapish build for a client

Thread Starter
Here's what I've pieced together so far. Any recommendations? Should I just go with an OEM (i.e. Dell) seeing that it's a budget build?

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156243
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157176
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103903
HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148395
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227589
DVD burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827136216
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817182021
Monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009256
OS: Windows 7, $99
I also need a video card because that board doesn't have onboard video. I'll probably go with a $25 NVIDIA/ATI one. This is not a gamer build.
Also includes various accessories such as a card reader, keyboard, mouse, etc. but these are entirely up to the client.

Current budget: ~500 but I'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible.

I just want to get a second opinion before I build this thing.

If I were you I'd avoid buying a separate GPU to avoid spending more and taking up space etc.

Go for this motherboard. It has an onboard HD4250 with DVI, VGA and HDMI outputs and it's only $20 more. You can't go wrong.

With this AMD promo newegg has I would look at their "all star" page.
This ram
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...20104203-L010D
is supposed to be pretty decent and while its only a few bucks cheaper than what you have listed, why not, right?

Quality build (but low budget)

PhenomII X4 840 + M4A78LT-M LE $110 (Upgraded to this mobo for the 780 chipset, 5200 MT/s FSB, onboard 7.1 audio, and onboard gpu)
Asus 19" monitor $95 shipped (good find Rabbit)
Coolermaster Elite 330 w/ 350w psu $30 + $10 s&h
Win7 $89 with promo code EMCKHHF64 (ends today)
WD3200AAJS 320GB $35 with promo code EMCKHHF32 (ends today)
Kingston 1600 ram $20 after $20 mir and promo code EMCKHHH42 (ends 2/28) you should get this ram for whatever build you decide on - super ridiculous deal.
LG optical drive $17 shipped with promo code EMCKHHH35 (ends 2/28)

Total for a Phenom based quad core system with a monitor and win7 = $406 shipped (assuming you are near a microcenter)
It's so little!
