And as far as its set up goes the less tubing you use the better, mostly because of cost. Loop order won't make much difference so long as the intake on the pump isn't restricted(but with a res-pump that shouldn't be a problem).
Intake and exhaust rads are NOT ok, especially not in a case this small. It will drastically reduce the effectiveness of the exhaust rad, often to the point of negating the cooling effect of one rad. I would strongly recommend both as intake or both as exhaust, but always the same. Personally I feel intake is the way to go, but it will raise case temps and you'll want exhaust fans running somewhere.

Restriction won't be a problem and I'd agree, just go with the shortest tubing runs you can and res>pump and you'll be fine.

Edit: Also, here for your extreme 300 mod example.

Everyone here is being very helpful, thank you all.
Money is tight and the point of this mod was to cool a large GPU.
I'm still bent on a 6970 or a gtx5xx series. Radiator wise my mod idea looks a little insane for me, I think I'll move to a single 120 somewhere up in it. Another idea I had was to move the front one to an output instead of intake, make the top one an outtake as it is by default, throw them in a single loop and mod the sidepanel for multiple intake fans aswell as the rear 120mm. How does that sound?

I'm sticking with a single loop now. Plan is above. I'm going to re-edit the Original Post with plans.

Dual rads in a single loop would be my recommendation, save the space of a second res/pump.

Key is on the photo, how does that look?

Also, the "FC MOD" is where I'd somehow get in two 6 channel fan controllers. I'm insane I know.
All fans on the mod will be 120mm.

Thanks mate, now I just need the money for all this.
I'm lost on what tools and materials I'd need for this sort of thing still. Especially where the dual 120mm top radiator will sit, it needs a sort of housing by the plan.
Can I find this part premade or will I have to fabricate it myself?
Any links/facts would be greatly appreciated.
