Raid0 SSD Question

When I break my SSD Raid0 array,Will it wipe the SSD's?
Or when I rebuild the Raid0 array,Will it wipe the SSD's?
Just wondering,For the next time I have to reformat.

when u break it. the data is still on it. dosnt wipe the ssd's.

when u rebuild it, it will wipe everything.
