Is Razer's 3.5g laser THAT bad? - Page 2

I'm using it right now in my DA, and it's pretty decent to be honest, never had any issues. Then again, I've not used another mouse to any extent.

I want to switch to something that fits my hand better, but for now, it's alright. smile.gif

Honestly it looks big, bulky and heavy and not as fitting for the way i hold my mouse

They just slapped their name onto it but yes, the laser sucks. The Avaga (forgot which model) in the Roccat Kone +, SteelSeries Xai (I think it was that one), and the Mionix Naos 5000 is the best so far.

Where do I start?

Tracking issues.
Jitter issues.
You can not use the mouse on a cloth mat or it will give you more jitter than without.
Z-Axis tracking issue.

Afaik. The 3.5G Sensor is different from the Twin-Eye. Razer refers to that as their Dual Eye engine Sensor or something silly like that.

You should just buy it and give it a try, if you don't like the sensor then return it for a refund. I personally couldn't stand the phillips twin eye sensor after trying two different mice from two different companies that use it.
I don't have any problems with mine. I wouldn't want another mouse.

Theres the 3.5G Optical Infrared and the 3.5G Laser(Philips Twin Eye PLN 2032) so 3.5g sensor is not different from twin eye, unless you mean the optical infrared

Why couldn't you stand it? Did you experience any problems using it? Which mice where you using?
