Looks like a memory issue.. going to try to give it another 0.05 volt DRAM since I am using 4x4gb sticks it might need a little more juice.

Wrong, turns out theres no problem with my overclock, it is a known issue with the Crosshair IV Extreme Intel NIC driver. Data from the BSODs said TCPIP which i thought was odd so I started digging to find THIS

(The file in post 65 is what fixed the issue) After uninstalling the Intel NIC driver, then rebooting and using the device manager Update driver option and pointing it at the file I downloaded from post #65, no more BSOD. Running stable again and no issues at all so far.

Hope this info helps someone.

Just to clear some things up here,a few points
The more sticks of RAM you have, the harder it is to overclock,so the fact you were
able to even POST 16GB @ 2000 MHz is unusual. The IMC(internal memory controller on the CPU) is what controls this. Most of AMD IMC's are limited to around 1800 MHz,the 1090t has the strongest though. The CPU/NB voltage is for the IMC,so often times unstable memory overclocks need more voltage to be stable. However, this will raise your CPU temps. Also the guys stating 1600MHz @ CL7 will outperform 2000MHz @ CL9 are wrong. Most people say that because their system can't run 2000MHz.There is not a benchmark out there that 2000/CL9 won't beat 1600/CL7.How ever you do not see much difference in gaming and everyday use. Also,as was stated by Coonmax-the HTT stay around 2000MHz.The NB you want as high as you can 2700-3000MHz.Now you may not be able to get 2000MHz RAM/3000MHz NB/4000 MHz CPU completely stable, but you probably could get it stable @ 4.0 CPU/2800 NB/1866 RAM (maybe CL8?) or something like that.
