Well life in Bulgaria is a lot harder than in America. You can get 800 лв. per month only if have a very good job.

Ok for the prices I'm informed but... Will a 460 1GB be able to handle everything?? :/ Because I'm scared! If I give so much money and it f***s with me..... :/

GTX 460 or GTX 560 Ti will do the job.
although if u are looking to play crysis, crysis warhead, crysis 2, metro 2033 maxed settings you should look into GTX 460 SLI or GTX 560 SLI. or a GTX 580 if you have the cash.
don't get the HD 5770. it's relatively outdated and is more pricey, slower than GTX 460

Firstly, I'd like to ask how is my graphic card going to run the games at 1920 x 1080. I am with a Nvidia GeForce 9600GT 1GB, 256 bit, 64 Cuda Cores, DDR3, Core clock - 700 MHz, Shader Clock - 1750 MHz, Memory Clock - 1000 MHz.

Now I'm with a monitor with 1280 x 1024 resolution and I actually have problems in SOME games but I probably won't play them anyways. I run TDU 2 at 50-70 FPS on 1280 x 1024 resolution. Will I see lag with 1920 x 1080?

And second... I will probably need a new GPU. Which is the best budget GPU for this resolution. Now I'm having problems with GTA 4 by the way. When I turn on the shadows it starts lagging. It runs at around 20-30 FPS. And without shadows it runs at average 50 FPS. I have searched for a little time and I think the GTX 460 1GB is a very good card. But will it be able to run most of the games without ANY lags? Probably for now the games that I play are: Mafia 2, GTA 4, TDU 2, F1 2010, Need For Speed ( every NFS ) and probably I'll play Crysis 2. But it's not for sure. I didn't like the beta very much so if the game don't "take my heart" I probably won't play it.
Choose NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti. I believe this is the latest out of NVIDIA.

Yeah it seems that for 400 leva you can only get a 460 1gb, do not get the SE version though.. That card will play most games at high settings comfortably. It will not max everything at 1920 though, not even my 560 does that(looking at you metro 2033).

I got a 1920x1080 monitor a few months ago and upgraded to a GTX 460 768MB GPU and I'm already looking to upgrade my GPU again because I just don't get enough FPS in a lot of games.

I've been looking at the GTX 560 Ti a lot lately. To be specific...this one.
1 GB is not necessary for 1080p. I have GTX 460 768 MB SLI (sli has some vram overhead) and I play crysis all settings very high and there is no stuttering at 1080p. in multiplayer where the action is light, i can even turn on 4x AA and there is no stuttering ever. fps is always 55-60 in multiplayer.

I suggest u get another 460 and go SLI. it will give u more performance than the 580 but cost about the same as going to a 560.

OP: since you mentioned you don't like the low image quality of AMD, your best bets are the GTX 460 and the GTX 560 Ti depending on your budget.

My motherboard doesn't have "SLI".

Thank you everyone for your answers!

For what it's worth:

I just upgraded my 8800GT to a gtx 560.
I also upgraded my screen from 19" 1280x1024 to 24" 1920x1080.

The difference is absolutely mind blowing. I am extremely satisfied. I was only set back $450 for the whole bundle($250 GPU, $200 LCD).

I also overclocked the living crap out of the GPU(1050/2200/2100 proof) which supposedly puts it at or above a stock 570.
