Trust me. It's your resolution. I get extremely fluctuating frames at 1600x900 (my native res; also one of the rese's known for being hated by this game) and that's even without AA on. This game's engine is definately a power house but no unreal game can be THAT much of one in this day and age. In Batman: AA i get a constant 60 WITH Vsync. If i change to a resolution that's not divisible by 9 that's what it does... but if it's one of the resolutions the game likes... it runs absolutely flawless even with AA on.
For this reason i have yet to play the game yet. I have only walked around in Grays ship and messed around online a bit. I'm really bummed out as i highly
anticipated this release and rushed to get a new setup in time for it. Guess we can wait for a fix... until then i'm gonna have to be at a non-native, yucky 720p i suppose
it's looking like the reason it runs horrible at our resolutions is because for some reason at those resolutions it doesn't push your GPU usage past 50-60% where as at other resolutions it can go up to 100% like any normal game. So basically our GPU's are being cut in half by this engine

Looks excellent. Im going to read the other half of the article now.
I agree, everyone was bashing this prior to release so it's good to see some positive feedback coming from the PC community. I absolutely passed on the Gears of War craze but i do love Epic so i'm more than happy to see BulletStorm (i was also an admittedly BIG fan of the club) next-gen-score-attack ftw!
