Anyone play stock market with AMD?

Not sure where to put this, and I know I shouldn't take stock advice from a tech forum, but I think this forum has its finger on the pulse of what will do good.

Stocks I am thinking of investing into:

AMD @ 9.4 currently

INTEL @ 22 currently

OCZ @ 7.4 currently

NVIDIA @ 23ish

I am willing to take all input about where to put about 6000 $

I think I understand where your head is at - all 4 of those companies have new products coming soon.

Keep this in mind, Intel also rolled out new products recently (Sandy Bridge) and they were defective and they took a stock hit from it.

Nothing is ever really safe, and you are best off getting financial advice from a professional

If I had to say something though, OCZ has a horrible reputation in a lot of products fields and I can't see their stocks being reliable.

Yeah, their SSD's are looking interesting, but that's about it.

They are indeed but their customer service reputation as well as reputation in a few device fields (RAM mainly) is piss poor..I wouldn't trust that company

Put your money in Sirius XM Radio. They are a cheap company to buy from and your shares will boost. Are you putting your worth in a mutual fund or IRA?

SIRI: 1.77 last price.

If you buy from GOOG, you're looking at $500 per share.

. . . I mean $600 per share for GOOG.

I would look into companies that deal with memory chips. ssd's will be the future of pc's, smartphones are outselling pc's and they have onboard storage, ram, and take sd cards.
The list goes on. I'd put my money into a company that makes flash memory rather then any of the companies you listed. As intel and amd are both improving their IGP's and could essentially kill nvidia in the long run, but then again Nvidia has project denver, which could slowly push them into the cpu field. I wouldn't put my money into AMD or OCZ though.
