Build Case, Buy Case, Or New PSU??

Ok so im in a bit of a delima. My current case the NZXT Tempest EVO is not really cutting it any more. My current psu a TX850 is taking up alot of room and i can barely get away with some cable management. So i need your guys opinion.
Should i buy a new case and keep the old psu?
Buy a new psu and keep the case?
Build my own case and keep the psu?
Stick it out until i can afford both.
I have had my PSU in the market for about 3-4 weeks and nobody bought it yet. If anyone is interested : HERE IT IS

When i route my cables to the back side of the mobo the cables take about 1-2 inches of space outwards and the side panel bulges from the force. I was thinking about these cases:
COOLER MASTER Storm Scout

NZXT Whisper
or the Corsair 650d

If i were to choose a power supply i would go with:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371025

Im not sure what to do... Any thoughts or comments?

I have a Corsair and it's been solid for almost two years now. I run my computer almost 24/7.

I'd just leave it off then. I don't have my side panel on my rig either.
