Black boarder around monitor after moving to a HDMI input

hello, i have gotten another monitor and now my first one has an hdmi cable hooked to it from the video card and now i have this black boarder/frame around the screen and it on all sides. is there any way to fix this please?, thanks

where is it located in ccc? like what are the steps to get to the underscan in ccc

CCC--->My Digital Flat Panels--->Scaling Options (adjust the slider)
