His only question has to do with his multiplier.
Welp, good luck getting extra tidbits of advice that might potentially save you hundreds of dollars in the future. Hope it was fun looking like a douchebag.

If it's maxed at 19 just start bus overclocking.
Even at 233 you're at 4.4 Ghz. Essentially any board can do 233.

the board probably has the multi limit to save the mosfets from catching on fire

for 120w cpu's, look for a board with the 8pin power connector and heatsinks on the mosfets

do you want a ddr3 board?

Like everyone else is saying, your board is a ticking time bomb. Also the 19x limit is a limit most likely imposed by the manufacture to prevent insane overclocks.

Now go get yourself a DECENT board so you don't have to worry about the MOFSETs going, because they will go. Then don't be surprised if I told you so.

Also stay away from MSI, lately their AMD boards have been junk.

Will a GIGABYTE GA-MA78LMT-S2 AM3 AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard work with my cpu? Are there any cheap Motherboards that have 2 slots for 2 graphics cards so I can use one of my older cards for physx?

the op asked a specific question most ignored it and just told him to get a better board onoz just pointed that out.
people like you are ignorant.<---beers
and as why it wont go higher, i don't know have you tried updating you bios to the latest one?

What about a motherboard that has 2 pci express cards, how much those so I can use my old graphics card as a physx card? My 8800gts 320mb card would make a good physx card right? That why my one graphics card doesn't have to strain at all on physx and resolutions and my 8800gts 320mb car do that.

Which one would be the best to go out of those three ones? Any of them would work good with my system?

physx can be set to run on a cpu instead of the gpu, with an x4 on most games it wont hurt

How about this one for overclocking? An 80 dollar motherboard that supports ddr2 memory. I think this is what I should go with. It's getting good reviews and the company seems to help out the customers if there's a problem. I'm just wondering if I could overclock to 4ghz with my system.
