Coolermaster megaflow wiring

Any idea on which wires to cut/connect to off/on the leds?(It is possible but I would need a coolermaster case )

The fan on the front of the HAF-X has a plug and all the switch does is short the 2 wires out, closing the circuit allowing voltage to flow to the leds. All you need to do is get a plug to plug into the jack or cut the plug off and attach it to a single pole single throw switch(spst) cant be a momentary one them.
