That will put him at 4.2ghz and he has HT on. A i7 950 will have a hard time staying cool on air at 4.2ghz with ht on, and I doubt he will be stable at that speed with HT on at 1.4v. Unless he has a golden chip....

He has an H70, a large case, and a pretty cool (relatively) GPU. All the D0's I've ever played with have had no trouble getting to 4.2ghz with an H50.
