However, my computer is seriously increasing the temp of my room by 10 degrees F. I've tried leaving my door open, having the fan on, etc. etc...
Anyone have any tips on how to keep my computer from making my room as hot as it?
Hey, I live in Texas too, and my room gets to be in the 80's during the summer time - and that was without my GTX 480
. Right now, what's working well for me is putting a fan right in front of my door to let cool air in, since the rest of the house is cooler than my room; also, my PC is right next to my door, so I'm sure that helps as well; I have a ceiling fan going too.

Yeah really, like I do. I know it's going to be so bad, that right now I'm trying to convince my father to get a new AC unit for the house
before the real warm weather hits.
