cant help but think 1.54v is a lot for 4ghz
Ill try bumping the cpu-nb voltage when I get home.

Do you recommend any other settings I should try?

Here's a picture of my temperatures. I lowered the CPU volts in the bios to 1.52 and I jumped the CPU/NB volts 2 notches

Circled in red is what I'm worried about. I have no idea what that is. That whole column of temperatures, actually. Hopefully it's normal? :3

HT Link Speed is too high. Back it down so that it is around 2000.

It was set to auto making it 2060 and the next lowest one was 1860. Is that fine? What does that do anyway?

Your first CPU-Z screenshot has it at over 2300. That is high enough that it can cause instability. It also really won't have any noticeable effect on performance. What does it do? I know that it is involved in the CPU communicating with the rest of the system. Try Googling it.

I lowered it to 2060 and it seems that me booting problem is fixed! I think it still crashes in prime, however. Going to test it now.

If someone could take a look at those temps for me that'd be awesome. It's in my post a couple up from this one.

EDIT: Apparently it's either a big from HWMonitor and/or it's something I don't need to worry about.

They read a sensor-port that isn't connected."
