frag video issues when uploading to youtube

I have a minor issue here, all my videos seem to have a black border around them and it's never really something I cared much to look into. I used Windows Live Movie Maker to just automatically compress & upload the file to Youtube as it was very easy and simple to do; but I'm just wondering if there's something I'm missing that is keeping my videos from becoming fullscreen? Also I record raw, no editing whatsoever except for clipping parts off; recording with fraps.

Example of the issue I'm having (notice the huge black border on all sides? apparently not noticeable except on top and bottom when it's embedded on ocn, but on the actual link instead):

Encode using 16:9 wide screen. Go to the projects tab should be there.
