If you want the best, its Silver Arrow, I have yet to see an air cooler beat it. The Noctua D14 and Silver Arrow are very close but the Silver Arrow comes with better fans so I would choose that.

I dont know if there is one. I used to have one of the 200 cfm DELTA's on my old case (which had really weak airflow) as a toggleable emergency exhaust and it would suck out air so fast you could hold your hand by the front intake and feel the suction. Was awesome.

Sadly my delta burnt out when we decided to have some fun with it and hook it up to a variable power supply at school and give it 100 watts.

They're dangerous too though. The blades are very hard and will easily take your finger off. I'd recommend a fan grill with it.

jesus.. I think that things too loud for me, just youtubed it and it sounded like a harrier taking off inside my head. I'll keep looking, my current fans are 19db and sound very quiet, the graphics card fans usually overpower them. This was a fun discussion Thanks guys!
