200$ budget build help

Im trying to convince my grandfather to get a new comp because his is SO aincent.
Right now this is what i have:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811138101
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138290
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103920
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820220537

In total its like 202$ after shipping i think.
We already have a HDD and DVD drive, and that case comes with a sufficient PSU to power his rig. He does occasional light gaming (pogo, poker) and my cousins like to play online games (runescape, club penguin, addicting games) so i thot 4gb RAM is well more than enough, but it is only like 10$ more than 2gb so why not? And same with the tri-core 10$ more than a dual. Any other suggestions/ideas?

Well, the build seems all good. I couldn't find any combo deals with the mobo and the CPU. The tri-core + 4GB ram will be good for next few years since he only does light gaming.

There are plenty of better cases for nearly the same price i.e. HEC Blitz or Rosewill Destroyer.

Spend the little extra (less after rebate) on better RAM such as Corsair XMS3 or PNY XLR8 or HyperX Blu [if it comes back in stock by tomorrow].

Athlon II x2 with the bigger L2 cache/core may be a better choice, i.e. slightly better on the performance side of things, since whatever apps they use probably won't use more than 2 cores anyway.

I will change just a processor for better L2 cache..... AMD Athlon II X2 255 Regor 3.1GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache

I also suggest the Rosewill Destroyer, for 50 bucks it's a pretty badass budget case, looks pretty good and has decent airflow

Edit- $10 off with a promo code with newegg

The Mushkin memory is actually worse... of all the generic DDR3 memory out there that one overclocks the worst. Apparently it's a certain cheap IC used on it. Twice (maybe three times) already I've seen users on OCN complaining about being able to OC on that particular kit to 1333 8-9-8... that's it. That's right. Absolutely no headroom.
