So i'm running windows 7 for the first time and i'm just generally curious why i have to go through so many settings to achieve my native resolution and why windows 7 doesn't automatically detect that i can go 1920 x 1080? Also why did it set my color to 256 color when i tried it the first time ? like *** ? I fixed these issues... i'm just wondering ..why ?

What video card you running? Just go to your control panel and set custom resolution and go manual settings and set it to your native.

Install the drivers for your video card. And it really isn't that hard to proofread your posts, please do it.

Go to either Amd or Nvidia and get your drives for your gpu. And fill out your pc specs so we can help you out.

So i'm not having resolution issues i was just curious as to why its like this . Funny how you ignore my question and then tell me to proof read when you completely blind sided my question in the first place.
