Which brand?

I noticed that the Heatkiller products are manufactured by "Watercool E.K." according to this page: HK Dual DDC Top I'm looking at Are EK and Watercool E.K. the same, or does E.K. stand for something? I thought Eddie Koenig or whatever his last name is...

I don't believe they are the same company. e.K. is apparently an initialism for "Eingetragener Kaufmann," meaning "registered merchant" in German. It designates a form of company, similar to "co," "ltd," "llc," etc. in English-speaking countries.
