If you're going to be doing any writing to the drive F90. If you're more concerned with pure speed as an OS drive, I'd lean to the C300. The Intel isn't all that fast in either direction.

Although, the F90 is a good balance between read and write.

Its going to be a pure OS drive but im more concerned about storage speeds a bonus, I'd rather loose a few m/bs and gain 30gbs
