gtx460 and 9800gt for phyx

hello guys i finally upgraded to an

intel corei7 920 @ 2.66ghz
corsair 3x1gb dominator @ 1600mhz
asus p6t
gtx 460 768mb

now i was planing to use my xfx 9800gt for dedicated phyx , but i want to know that if it will be able to handle the phyx of games like mafina 2 and metro2033 when buildings collapse and stuff or will i get better results with gtx460 alone ? or will my 9800gt be botlenecked on the other pcie slot ? the board is cros firex and sli ready , also i wanted to know my place against a gtx470 with a gtx460 with 9800gt when playing a game that highly involves physx ?

one more question , as i got a 768 with limits me to higher res , if u notice windows 7 donates the free ram memory to the gpu automaticly , so if 3gb isnt sucked up is there a chance one my gpu"S memory is exeded it will share the sysem memory ?

I had a 8800 GTS 320MB for physx for a long time and it did fine. The 9800 GT should do even better
