Need opinion.

So, I've been looking at notebooks, not for gaming but for a workstation (sort of a traveling office use). This means it doesn't have to be expensive. I have narrowed it down to:

This one, which apparently is AMD Fusion powered:
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=58425&...nufacture=Acer

And this one:
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=58428&...nufacture=Acer

Curious as to which one you guys think would be the better buy for what I need. I mean, I may watch movies (HD) on it etc, which fusion is supposed to be able to handle without a hitch from what I hear.

I imagine that the Fusion laptop would have better battery life. For just web browsing and videos, I think the Fusion would do fine.

The other laptop with the N660 would be a much faster processor and the graphics would be faster, but I don't think it would be handle much gaming.

It comes down to battery life vs performance. I think both would suit your needs well.

I have zero plans of doing any gaming at all on this machine (I have a G73JH-1 for that...because thats how i roll), but I do want efficiency for when I travel out of town to clients residents and offices, and I don't want to spend ball amounts of money on it.

So does the fusion really do what it says and play HD movies? Cause there will be times I fly etc, and will have the desire to watch a movie....and when I rip movies (my entire collection is bluray), they are all in HD.

Other than that, I'm not too worried about "office" performance. It should be able to handle notepad++ and photoshop decent enough, as well as things like my invoicing software etc.

Thoughts?
