Pushing a TX650 to its max (or beyond)

Okay,

Sig rig has got two GTX460s at 1.050v. Looking online, power draw addition for 0.050v is estimated to be about 65W. A loaded SLI setup with Furmark is 512W not overclocked as per the article below. So, with both cards overclocked, I'm looking at about 640 watts, which is around the max for the 12v rail on my PSU.

My question is, am I doing terrible things to my PSU? It does whine pretty hard when folding. I've never experienced any instability folding or gaming, even with the processor loaded too.
