[Noob question] This voltage for 24/7?

Thread Starter
Is it ok? what kind of degradation can i excpect if i keep it @ these settings?
I have C1E enabled so it only clocks to 5Ghz when under load.
Should i just shrink my e-peen and clock back to 4,8 @ 1,364v?
Its fully prime and game stable tho.

1.46v is a little much for me... I've leaned more for 5GHz/1.45v as my benching clock with 4.8GHz/1.36v as my 24/7 clock.(200MHz isn't worth the risk)

Definitely not worth the extra 200mhz. Just roll with 4.8ghz, that's still ridiculously faster than you'll ever need.
Finally an update

4.8ghz is the most you'll ever need for games in 2030. You don't need to push 200mhz especially with that much of an increase in vcore

Ok, thanks for the replies!
Ill throttle it down to 4,8 i guess. Dont want to take any unnecessary risks.

I've been running 5ghz 1.45v for a month and a half now. No bsod or sign of degradation. Not to mention my turbo is disabled, it sits at 5003.6mhz all day long 24/7. Your call.
