regarding cooling the vrm, the rig im building has a
955be with msi790FX-GD70, (3.7ghz@1.43v. )
and im also building my bro one with
x2 560(stock everything) with ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO

i just picked up an h50 to cool one of these, do i need to be looking into a fan to aircool the vrm instead

If you setup the h50 to intake, as the corsair instructions instruct, the fan will actually blow a nice bit of air across the motherboard.
