I will be getting the 120gb model to replace my RAID array.

NCIX accepts pre-order for them. They're $300/600 for 128/256gb respectively.

I think waiting for the C400 would be better...

Wow...maybe Windows will boot in under 5 seconds and someday we will be able to transfer a file so fast that it would be completed before it even started!

Well these are slower than the vertex 3 drives. But maybe they're still faster in the 4k section... Only the reviews will tell
