Battlefield Bad Company 2

Thread Starter
Ok so i know this is an older game, but i just got it through a promotion from buying my new hd 6970 graphics card.

Now the way the promotion worked was it only allowed me to get it through the EA Download Manager store. I personally like using steam a lot more.

Is there a way i can add this to Steam and it be supported? or am i **** out of luck when it comes to this situation?

I've heard of Steam CD Keys working on the EA Download Manager but does anyone have any idea if this works with EA Store cd keys to register them on Steam?

It's not even a year old and it's an "older game"?

I hate it when a company throws out games like crazy without putting much effort into improving. I watched a video today on the sound of the new bf coming out looks like they put quite a bit of effort into it considering bfbc2 is still fairly fresh. Hopefully it turns out well.

They've been working on BF3 for 3 years. A different team made BC2.

What's your definition of "old"? It'll be one year since launch this Wednesday...

As thiru said, BF3 has been in development for a pretty long time. BC1/2 were "side" projects by a separate team. They simply took things they learned from the games and are implementing it into the spooge-worthy game that will be BF3. It's a lot of hype right now, but I know it'll be boss
