Accessing extended monitor during eyefinity possible?

Currently running 3x1 eyefinity + 1 37" screen as an extended monitor above the set and I was wondering if there was a way to access the extended monitor while running a game in eyefinity?

This depends

Some games allow it, some don't. Dirt 2 handles you moving the cursor to another screen and doing stuff great, but BC2 and TF2 minimize the game for you to choose the window on the large screen.

Well for like an example I play various MMO's (WoW, FFXI, FFXIv) in the 3 screen setup and I would like to be able to keep an accessible web page on the top monitor to use for various info. So its pretty much going to be game dependent?

Depends. If you want to actually move your cursor there and do stuff, game dependent

If you want it to just show stuff, without interfering with it, all games allow it. Just maximize a window to that monitor before launching the game.

EDIT: You could always use the steam overlay function (that also works with non stem games, if you add the .exe files to steam) to view web pages while browsing. Check it out.
