1090T @ 3.9GHZ Outcompeting 1100T @ 4.1GHZ?

So, I just put together my new setup, powerhouse for business. Cost me $400-450 or so total, Specs;

Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2Ghz Hex-core @ 3.9GHZ
8GB GSkill Ripjaws 1333mhz CL9 (11-11-11-29 for some reason, will change in BIOS next reboot)
Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H With additional MOFSET cooling
Corsair 430W PSU
Cooling; Hyper 212 paired with 2x 68CFM Fans, Rear 68CFM exhaust, 80mm MOFSET fan.

I'd like to know why this is out competing my main rig;

Phenom II X6 1100T 3.3GHZ
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHZ CL9
Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H with additional MOFSET cooling
Coolermaster 650W GX PSU
NVIDIA GTX 460
Cooling; 68CFM Frontal intake, Zalman CNPSX10 paired with 2x 68CFM Fans, Rear 30-40ish CFM 92mm Exhaust, 2x120mm 44CFM top exhausts.

I'm running RAM/Processor heavy multi-threaded programs and the 1090T a good 20% smoother than my 1100T and it's 0.2ghz less?

Voltages @ Stock, 1.47v CPU voltage

Any ideas? It's noticeably smoother and the temps are nice, I'd consider trading my 1100T for another 1090T if it performed like this beastly chip.

NB frequencies both at stock.
FSB @ 200 on both.

I've tweaked nothing but the multiplier.

It's weird that the 1090T build is both slower in CPU and RAM (actually 1333 11-11-11-29 is extremely far from acceptable) but apparently feels faster. Are you sure about this? (i.e. is it faster in benchmarks)

Well, in msconfig I've got nothing to start up on either, the windows experience indexes are the same for RAM/CPU (I know this is a terrible way to take a benchmark, but I can't afford to close my programs down for a full benchmark) but essentially, I was running the same set of programs @ 100% constant on my 1100T and on the 1090T I'm at 85-90%, fluctuating. The only difference I'm aware of is that I listen to iTunes on this PC at the same time, but I don't expect that's a 10-15% CPU drain on a hexcore?

On/off topic;

True powerhouse.
