Interesting...OK. I didn't know the Ambient Temp affects things so much. I thought what was happening was abnormal. But hey, today I cleaned my PC out of all dust, and reapplied thermal paste, so I've done my part.

Anyone know a good software that can speed up my heatsink fan? I don't care for noise being louder.

post a pic of your rig with the side door off, so we can see the airflow. And show which fans are intake or exhaust. I'm in GA also.

Due to complete lack of cooling in that area (CM Hyper 212+ blows no air to VRMs unlike stock cooler) the heat doesn't radiate effectively at all. This doesn't only add to CPU heat, it is very unsafe. And I know those MOSFETs run very hot, they are traditional and not low RDS. You should at least add some aftermarket MOSFET cooling such as Enzotech's MOS-C1.
After it catches fire, he will be on here complaining. At that point, you can show him this thread that you have posted in TWICE without him acknowledging your attempts to help him.

VRM issues being noted, at least its an ASUS board. Some moderate auxillary cooling could go a long way here.

Speedfan is great software if you take the time to mess with it and set it up correctly. Will perform a complete shutdown if temps go too high or fan speeds drop too low, or any other parameters you choose within your boards monitoring capabilities. But those 2 are easily done on just about any board.

Ambients are the main thing here though. CM212 is a great cooler, but its not the best. If you want to push hard with rising ambients, you may want to consider some of the larger more efficient coolers, or making the switch to water which can handle much more heat transfer.
