Drop the multiplier down to 23 (1st gen i7s don't like even multipliers, it's a long story that I don't want to get into but anyone here knowledgeable with the 1st gen i7s will back me up).

Raise the bclk to 174.

Lower QPI/Vtt to 1.25 to 1.3 (This will drop your temps down a bit. You do not need the amount listed in your post for ram at 1360mhz).

With the change in multiplier, you may be able to lower the vcore a bit. You will just have to play with it as all chips are different.

Once you verify your CPU is stable at the above settings, then do what you can to get it to 2000MHz by changing the ratio.

You shouldnt need more than 1.36v cpu and 1.32v qpi/vtt for 4.0 (185 x 22 works just fine for me)

those temps are a bit high for my taste...
