How do I reset my bios?

Thread Starter
I unlocked my 4th core but major instability, so I went back to tricore, but cpuz is still seeing it as a phenom II x4, so I need to reset it.
Also, the pc is shutting off after about 5-15 min of intense gaming, could this be insatiability or the pc shutting off before overheating?

Could be both instability and overheating...
Look in your owners manual. Should be a jumper.

Use the CMOS jumpers or just remove the CMOS battery on mobo and put it back after a couple of minutes.

as suggested above or pull the battery off of the board for 1 minute. It will reset to factory settings so save all important settings that you do want to duplicate.
