Double check my "while waiting for bulldozer" build guys!

Crosshair 4 formula motherboard i saw on special for 175$ in my city

Phenom 955 for 127$ on direct canada

G skill ripjaw 1600 for 50$

tOTAL 360$

Is this ok with an gtx 560, a hyper 212+, ax 750 that i already have? Everything compatible? Ram, graphic card etc will all run fine together? Can i sli hack for the gtx 560 on this board?

Since am3 socket will support bulldozer, that why am building this cheap system so i can wait till bulldozer is realeased and also because my old system just died.

While its true that AM3 boards will support bulldozer, AMD has said it will not support all features of Bulldozer CPUs. You will want the AM3+ if you are to get the full potential out of the Bulldozer CPU. I would just get a cheap mobo and a cheap Phenom like the one you listed and sell it when bulldozer comes out.

I just got this mobo while I wait....http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157198

It will be something lame that you lose, maybe 100-200MHZ overclock potential or a couple hundred MT's. I see no difference going from AM2+ to AM3, board wise and not counting DDR3.
