Its disappointing, it looks similar to call of duty, looks as if the shadows are not processed in real time as well as a number of other things. I dont think crytek cares about the graphics any more. They could have came out with a game that blew all other graphics out of the water but they did not. They chose to make a larger profit. THE GAMES AND MONEY (xbox/ps3) IS HOLDING THE INDUSTRY BACK!!! Graphic card co. release a new GPU just about every 6months. They are only a tad better then the pervios, they could be monsters but they have to match the games ability. The games that are coming out are only as good as the counsels allow them to be. Imagen a console that could be upgraded. The gaming industry would go from unreal to real.

Some titles should stick to what they are good at...i.e. SP. I honestly didn't like the MP demo nor Crysis wars, but I've played through Crysis1/warhead a few times just because of the graphics/single player experience. Some titles are Bada$$e$ at making MP, I won't mention any, such as BFBC2 .
Did I mention consoles are for 8yr olds?

Its a suit feature to give you extra armour at certain times. If they wanted you to have it all the time it would be pointless. When you make a topic you should really think it through first.
Thank you sir, my sentiments exactly. Why is it when a game has guns, a first person POV and team A shoots at team B, they call it a CoD clone. No it's a FPS MP game they all have facets that people will go crazy if not included in a modern game, such as unlocks. CoD 4 and Halo changed the genre forever and created genre standards. I found the game to be nothing like CoD other than the things you can name that every FPS has. Crysis 2 has very different game-play mechanics, uses different tactics and strategy.

It feels like an arcade shooter. Especially with all the vertical gameplay (which is great).

Same here. It kind of reminds me of Section 8, or Japanime, Bubblegum Crisis, Mobile Suit Gundam'ish like. I do like it a little, but not enough to want to buy it for MP.

Yeah, it's definitely lacking polish to be a hit (especially on PC). Hopefully we'll see some sort of support for non-official servers and mods with Cry 3. I think I'd wait on where Crysis 2 is headed before putting down a preorder.
