Ok folks, some new details.

I got the Second CPU fan installed better. In a Single direction flow.
I got my top exhaust fan running again. All fans running 100%

Volts is now 1.375v
I went to 18.5 Vcore giving a 3.725Ghz

Been running prime95 for about 20 mins with temps at 47-49c.

I call this getting a bit closer to where we want to be. What's your thoughts?

Thanks Amaco. I went ahead and stop the Prime95 test. Going to try at X19 in a bit and see if I can hold sub 55c.

I do got a question for anyone who can answer.

I got a 200mm 900 RPM front intake fan on the bottom of my HAF full case. I have two HD, and a disk drive making a fairly good block creating the funnel effect. Cool air comes in from bottom, hot air exits top effect.

I was thinking of doing this.

1: Creating a 4 smaller fan rig to place into the top section. This would be something like 4 60mm, or slightly bigger fans. Hopefully 1600+ hoping more 2500 RPM creating a very high exit flow on the top front of the case.

2: Use another 200mm fan with higher RPM, say 1500+.

Would this be a good idea? I think it would increase the air flow a great deal. To add to the separation from bottom to top, I was going to place a small section of plastic seal with heck..Clear scotch tap. creating a divide forcing air flow into the bottom of the case, into the main body, then exiting the rear, top, and top front of the case..

Will this work from a more experience persons standpoint?
