Help troubleshooting problem please?

Today, I decided to switch cases and power supplies for my pc. I switched from antec 300 illusion case and antec earthwatts 650w psu to a Corsair 600T and SeaSonic x650 gold 650w psu. After i had hooked up all the parts and done the cable management, I tried turning on my pc, but nothing happened. At first when my razor mouse was plugged in, you could see the blue led glowing. I tried turning on my pc one more time and it just flashed for like a half second and nothing happened. I don't understand, it cant be my mobo because I literally was using it like 3 hours ago. I don't think it's my cpu either because i setup my corsair h50 and made sure it wasn't loose or anything and used artic silver 5 thermal paste. And after like 30 minutes, my razor mouse isnt lit up anymore. This was a brand new seasonic x650 that i had bought about a week ago and finally decided to use it today along with my new case. Is my PSU the problem? I made sure my 24 pin and 4 pin cpu connector were plugged in tightly and good. help please?
