yea, a lot of people also dont remember that wattages on review sites are AC voltage reported at the wall. efficiency needs to be calculated and that is different for each PSU
and at 4.4ghz that i3 is screaming, lol. you still have 4 threads so it is probably a great budget chip

that cant really be true.. the GTX285 is a 185w GPU and having 2 of those in the rig and then even OCing the GTX470 (215w+OC) shouldnt be close to the 300+w the 285 SLI was using.
