Try the following settings from an unlocked B65
http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1686777

Stable 2 hours OCCT High 55 with HWINFO32
Stable 9 Hours Prime High 56 with HWINFO32

20.5 CPU Ratio
200 FSB
NB 2700

Voltages
CPU 1.424
CPU/NB 1.235 (lower if you have less than 4 sticks of 1600)
DRAM 1.599 (Need it to run the ram at 1600 999-24)

This chips loves the mutliple but hates a fsb modification
Will boot into windows at 4.4Gig (22 Ratio) with 1.435V but not stable Crashes during benches last less than 5 minutes in OCCT and 14 Minutes in Prime.
