Which GPU?

Thread Starter
I've been researching for my first build, whilst waiting for the release of Bulldozer and the re-release of SB, my main concern has been which GPU? After lurking around the forums checking other peoples "gtx*** or gtx***" threads, I realised most people giving the answers were Americans.
Which made me think, what if the costs are different here in England?
I looked on my choice of Computer hardware store (scan.co.uk) and the majority of the Americans choice of store (Newegg.com)
(All costs are translated into the opposite currency using google)
Those in brackets are cost with rebate
All cards are the cheapest I could see (Without being a terrible brand)
Scan.co.uk:-

Evga Gtx460____£138.55___$225.57
Zotac Gtx 470___£172.16___$280.29
Evga Gtx 560Ti__£196.27___$319.54
Zotac Gtx 480___£203.28___$330.96

Newegg.com:-

Gigabyte Gtx460_$189.99 (169.99)__£116.69 (104.41)
Evga Gtx470____$259.99 (239.99)___£159.68 (147.40)
MSI Gtx560Ti___$249.99___________£153.54
EvgaGtx480____$419.99 (369.99)___£257.96 (227.25)

Which leads me to my questions, which card is the best price to performance in America and which card is the best price to performance in England?
And Which card would YOU buy In America and in England?

Best ptp card from Newegg.com is....
The card I would choose from Scan is....
The card I would chose form Newegg is...
Including reasoning

Based on the numbers you are going by...

The GTX480 is the most card for the dollar in England.

The 460/470/560 would be a tight race in America depending on the clocks of the cards and combo specials and whether or not the MIRs are sent in.
The 480 is the worst bang-for-buck in America.

What rez is your monitor? 480 might not be worth the extra money if you aren't playing at 1080p.

I'm not asking this for me, it's for everyone in the UK who are being told something based on the Costs in America and not in the UK
